The Foundation for the Preservation of the Monument Village of Oterdum aims to:

"To preserve and ensure the future of the Oterdum cemetery, as well as the monument and gravestones placed at the Oterdum cemetery"

The foundation aims to achieve its goal by, among other things:
- maintaining the historically valuable graves at the Oterdum cemetery monument;
- making an inventory and conserving the existing grave monuments;
- preventing the decay and improper use of the graves and the cemetery;
- maintaining the provision of information at the cemetery;
- promoting the cultural-historical character of the cemetery;
- acquiring funds to carry out the maintenance;
- making the cemetery available as a scattering field;
- performing all other actions that are related to the above in the broadest sense or are conducive to it.

The foundation's finances will be formed by:
a. subsidies and donations;
b. gifts, inheritances and legacies;
c. all other acquisitions and benefits
